An Odoo Implementer is responsible for deploying and configuring the Odoo ERP system to meet specific business needs. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements, customize the software, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Key skills include knowledge of Odoo modules, project management, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and tailor Odoo solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and customize Odoo applications to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Odoo with existing systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
Must Have
- Strong understanding of business processes , ERP systems, accounting ,and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Odoo configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
- Experience in project management and client interaction.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and Odoo development.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with Linux and server environments.
- Certification in Odoo or related ERP systems.
